Cleaning factory chrome pieces

Hey guys,

just bought some chrome accessories and was wondering if anyone has had any pleasant experiences with the cleaning/maintenance of them

or once they scuffed and scratched....theres no taking it back?..

any help or guidance toward particular products would be appreciated

which parts are we talking about here? if its plastic chromed forget about it. throw away item. if ts the window moulds they appear to be stainless steel and can be buffed to shine. chrome door handles are plated and would need to be re-plated to make them mint again.

yer its mainly the window moulds im concerned about, just picked up some calais ones and hoping to bring back a little more shine..as i think they may have just been sitting in the wreckers for some time...

any products in particular?

Purple Polish or Purple Stuff, there is also a product called Liquid Reflections, all are fantastic.
