How to remove car dent?

ive uploaded an image below of the dent circled in red, (just the top part of the bumper has been dented) ive heard that it can be fixed by using a hot glue gun and a suction cap but im not sure of the exact process, and ive also heard that u can use a dent puller by screwing a hole and pulling the dent out and then filling the hole back up with filler.
can someone let me know of what they think would be best in my situation.

also what's best to use to fix the surrounding paint that has been scratched off? ive seen white paint scratch repair pen's on ebay for other make's of cars such as bmw and honda, would it work for holden?

u wont be able to pull that out with those dent remover things since its on the edge, just go to the wreckers and get a new guard save yourself the hassle any wreckers would have a white vr guard.... im guessing its a vr but anyway a new guard would be easiest and probably cheapest option

yeah it is a vr, how much am i looking at paying for a new guard and what exactly is a guard and is it easy to install..thanks.

m8 take off the bumper and get ur hands in ther!!! push it out with ur hands that ther is like a 5 mins job, do that with some polish and ur set, ive had worse then that bk on my vk days only tool u need is your hands

there was something right behind the dent and i couldnt get my hands in there or anything, i tried takin off the front bumper but could not do it, so i just cleaned it all up and got rid of the paint marks n black marks and the dent doesnt seem to look so bad.

what can i use to fix up the paint that has been scratched offf?
