Try 303 Spot Remover simply spray onto a small section and work across with a soft microfibre cloth in straight lines. I probably would not go the Prepsol or other solvent route as these are likely to weaken or dissolve the adhesive and make the lining sag.

Take your time and just work a small section by section. If it is really bad then a very soft bristled brush can help as well - Horse Hair Brush

Generally I can only use products if the stain is bad. If it just needs a light clean use a damp chamois. Be careful and support the lining.Just make sure you test an area first but otherwise it’s a fantastic product. Your lining is a soft fabric felt type, still use a damp but not wet chamois. A nail brush works well if there are any really stubborn stains.
