How to clean stains from wheels??

Hey guys,

I found some genuine rare simmons wheels at cash converters....long story short, i got them for 350 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (17x7.5) Such a steal with like 50% rubber and one centre cap was missing, those dumb C***s dont know what they were and how much they really were hahahahah.

Anyways, they have a few stains which make them look less appealing where the spokes meet the dish of the actual wheel. I have bought kitten wheel cleaner and gernied them twice which has done nothing. Would it be in the paint or does someone know how to get it off??

try brightshine i think its called. it comes in a yellow can and its kinda cottonwool with kerro. does absolute wonders with cleaning stains.
