use a few grades of wet and dry sand paper and a good polish that will work. You can but a kit for auto barn or supercheap for this.

As MR_VX said. goto supercheap there is a kit by permatex that will contain wet sand paper and plastic polish. I suggest buying a sheet of slightly rougher (800 grit i think) then in the kit just to make the process go quicker.

This may sound about stupid, But use toothpaste on it. I try it on my partner car and it work fine.

    duragloss plastic lense polish
Car Care Products / Duragloss / Exterior / Exterior Trim & Plastic / Plastic Lens Polish
if that dont clear it up grab some wet n dry 1000, 1500, 2000 and give it a wet sand then polish it up with the plastic polish and apply a sealant to stop the uv rays turning it yellow again
