    Default Interior materia/upholstery cleaning

    Gday fellas,
My sister's VX interior door material panels are horribly dirty (from having dogs in the car etc), its just standard sort of semi-rough material stuff (dont know exactly what fabric).
Is there any product you can suggest that would remove generalised but not-extreme dirt stains?
    Thanks

try turtle wax carpet and upholstory cleaner. green can with bristles on the lid. give it a spray over with that and a hard scrub then vacuum off the excess dirt. i use it often.

Hard scrub, with anything in particular?
And when you say excess dirt, what does this product do, just loosen dirt and stuff? Coz its more like staining methinks..

Would a carpet stain remover type product work? When I had my carpets cleaned professionally before moving out of a rental they gave us a free bottle of spot/stain remover. I've been wondering about using it myself but figured I'd put that out as an option as well. We got ours through Chemdry but I'm sure any vacuum store would sell something similar. The Chemdry one works wonders on our lounge suite, though.

Ive had good results with the the aerosol cans of upholstery cleaner.
Yeah some come with bristles on the lid to agitate fibers and stains etc.
Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth aswell after you work the foam in, lifts a fair amount of dirt.

yeah just scrub with the bristled lid thing. it brings all the dirt out of the fibers. if its a dirt stain it can bring some of it out. you can always go over it again until your happy with it

Cheers mate, depending on the cost of this turtle wax cleaner, my sister will have a cheap but good birthday present

get some autoglym power max 3 from car car products, this stuff is great, mix it 7:1 and spray onto the stains then agitate it with a scrubbing brush. next use a microfibre cloth thats been in hot water n rung out the remove product then grab a clean dry cloth and rub again to remove excess moisture then let dry. job done

Simple Green works really nicely, removes almost any stains. 1/4 of a bucket with warm water, capful of the Simple Green concentrate. Use the rough side of a dishwashing sponge. Leave it overnight to dry.
