Car Care Products Australia is an online retailer and distributor of premium aftermarket automotive care products. We import a wide range of products including polishes, waxes, paint protection, tools and specialised accessories from around the world, and we supply to enthusiasts, automotive stores, smash repairers and other trade customers throughout Australia.

Due to the continued growth of our business and huge success of our Online Store a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated, energetic person to join our team. As a fairly new dynamic company we are still relatively small, so the scope of this role will be wide and varied. It is important that the right candidate has the ability to cover all aspects of admin, warehousing and customer service within this vibrant business.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong work ethic and great communication skills to ensure products flow in and out of the warehouse quickly, working with couriers to deliver exceptional standards to our customers. Backed up with your high level of organisation so orders are processed accurately and packed well, and our warehouse and small showroom is presented professionally at all times.

Administration skills are vital to ensure our website and database are maintained with accurate information at all times. And finally you should have a genuine passion for providing excellent service via phone, email and in person to all customers.

Key factors you must have:
• Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office
• Great phone manner
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Fast learner who works well individually or as part of a team
• Enthusiastic about learning and developing your professional skills
• Good written communication
• Have a 'can do' attitude and an eye for detail
• Honest, reliable and well presented
