Just a quickie..

Do you know the RPM on each of the settings on the DAS6-Pro i got from you? (1-6 i think)

2,500 to 6,500rpm no load speed.

It is actually 2,500 - 6,800 OPM (oscillation per minute) as it is a Random Orbital Polisher

Therefore start on speed 1 and then move up to about speed 4 - 4.5 for working - this should give you plenty of rpm through oscillations for most jobs.

Biggest tip is remember to keep the plate/pad flat on the surface you are working on.
