    Default Pad and polish selection

Hi i purchased your DAS 6 Pro kits with the Menzera sampler and mint pads. The paint on my car has been resprayed in 2 pack and finding it difficult to remove the swirls in it. Any suggestions for what pad or polish i should be using??

    Cheers.

what have you tried so far? and what speed did you spin it up to?

fg500 and blue pad is the harshest combo.

probly go that then pf2500 and orange pad to remove the marks you put in with the fg500

then finish with sf4000 and either the white or balck pad.

you may need to have 2 or 3 goes with the first combo to reach your desired results depending on how swirled up and scratched the paint is

Well i tried the fg500 on blue at about setting 4.5. The paint is hard as and i personally think its swirled and scratched bad. I guess paitcence is the key and spend a few days on it.

Possibly try stepping down to the pf2500 with orange pad and go over it again as you may be seeing marks left by the fg500 and see what that does on section you have already done and an untouched section to see if there is a difference. It could just be that you are not breaking down the abrasives in the fg500 enough before finishing.
