Hi Savage1987,
Thanks for the enquiry.
Please correct me if I’m wrong but my suppliers only list the BT1s as V8s. And of course the V8 alternator will not fit the V6.
The highest output alternator for the VN V6 is an 85amp unit which i think is just standard.
Sorry i couldn't help with a 120A one. You might have to look at the possibility of custom fitting an alternator from the V8s, if the extra power is what you really need.
If you do have any other questions please let me know.
Best Regards
Andrew

Just wondering how much a VN V6 alternator would cost me, sent to 3782?

Oh yeah that's what I was going to ask... how much for all wheel bearings for a VN V6 s1 sedan? And an alternator reconditioning kit, if you sell them, for the same car?
Sam (lol 2 sams... confusing)

Incorrect, as stated above by Andrew.
The 120A upgraded alternators as fitted to BT1/9C1 police packs were not fitted until Ecotec V6, only standard 85 amp alternators are available for the buick V6.
But to clarify, yes of course there were BT1 V6's, but they only had standard alternators for the Buick Series engine.

If they use the same alternator as the Ecotec, which I assume they would, then yes.
1991_VN2NV, I was actually responding to correct me if I’m wrong but my suppliers only list the BT1s as V8s when I said there were BT1 V6s, but never mind, in hindsight I probably misinterpreted a little bit.
