Have a v6 s/c 02 calais 3.8, removing the mufflers in front of rear diff and replacing them with straight pipe, will that affect the supercharger preformance and fuel economy, it has the large rear muffler at back
marginally you may lose performance... in my case i replaced the rear muffler with straight through and found no gain and just drone for days.... i have now upgraded to a twin 2.5" supersport" series cat back. found much better flow and slightly better top end breathing and rev climbing. and the sound of it is amazing to say the least... cant go past twin systems mate. just my experience with my vt s/c
on a forced induction motor generally removing mufflers will no hurt performance,
it may sound very bad tho..

From what I know with the m90 eaton supercharger the more you let the engine breath the less boost you gain so you need to up the air intake and a pulley that with make the s/c work harder and then push more fuel through so you don't run the engine dry and scour pistons and all other shit make sense ? If not speak to MACE ENGINEERING they will tell you
