Default car club/basic cruise rules

Cruises are for having fun, and showing off our cars...not getting hassled by the Police,
Therefore, the following Rules apply to all Justcommodore Meet & Greets,Show & Shines,
BBQs, etc etc......an individual action can reflect on the whole Club........we will be in the
public eye, & need to be on our Best Behavior........

Just Commodores and its organisers take no responsibility for any illegal activities that may occur at any Event.
The Police are notified of all events and should any members be caught performing illegal activities then the Police will be informed, and possible legal action taken.

Basically abide by the standard road rules
- No drink driving
- No burnouts, drifting, donuts ,Speeding or Racing
- No Reckless driving of any sort
-No Un-roadworthy vehicles
-No unregestered vehicles

- On Cruises, Do not take a lead position..there will be a Leader to follow.
-Make sure you have a map &/or navigator, plenty of fuel , oil, water, etc etc.....

Persistent/Repeated behavior that goes against above Rules will result in the following:
-. You will be spoken to regarding the matter
-. You will be warned
-. You will be banned for a period of time
-. You will be asked to leave .
- This can also mean being Moderated/Banned from the Forum for a period of time & your details handed over to the Police.

basicaly if you stick to these rules, all will be good, remember, we are out for a good time. days at race tracks will be organised eventualy, but not for a little while yet

cheers
garth

Cool

Feel free to print these out, Fill out the Membership one, and message me for my address for you to post it to me......

Disclaimer

As a Member of Just Commodores, it is your responsibility to make sure the event runs
smoothly, that you act in accordance to the road rules, and that any ‘illegal activities’will
be reported to the appropriate people. This may seem harsh, but any inappropriate
behaviour on an individual level will impact the entire Club.

Below are a list of activities, which if performed are to be reported:
- Drink driving
- Burnouts, drifting, donuts, speeding or racing
- Reckless driving of any sort
- Un-roadworthy / Unregistered vehicles being operated in a JC event(Unless
vehicle is transported on a trailer)

Warnings / Action will be taken on those who brake the above rules.
It is your responsibility to ensure these Warnings / Actions are carried out.
1)Offender will be asked to leave the event, Police possibly informed.
2) Incident to be reported to JC admin to have the user officially warned.
3) JC admin may have the user banned.

You will be given ‘forms’ to fill out and sign. These forms outline the rules to follow, and
upon signing them, you agree not to perform anything illegal.

Forms will be given out on the first event, and will be a paper database of attendees;
any ‘newcomers’ must be given a form on the day so that everyone has legally agreed
to the rules.

The Cruise Boss of the particular areawill be responsible for holding the attendees signed
forms, and theywillbe carried with himon each cruise in case required.

Is it expected that 1 or more drivers will not want to be ‘restricted’ by the rules and will
refuse to sign, but with full intention of following the cruise. If that is the case, don’t
panic, without signing the papers that ‘driver’ is not officially apart of the JC cruise,
and you will not be held responsible for any actions caused by this driver. If they are
driving dangerously or performing illegal activities around the ‘club’ cars, the
police will to be informed.
