The Difference between A superchrged six Alternator And Ecotech

I though I would post what is the difference between An Ecotech alternator & A supercharged L67 Alternator as they are not interchangable as ecotechs alternator regulator will hit on the fuel rail ,however the housing do interchange


the bottom picture is a L67 & the top a ecotech

im pretty sure the super6 runs a higher amp one.. 100amps to be exact

CBF 250 and a Levin ZR
The 120A versions are a Mitsubishi model and were optioned on the police packs, certainly in the VT onwards, not sure about the VS. As far as I know the L36 and L67 used the same alternator (Bosch 100A).

This is my 120A mitsubishi alternator on my vx. Replaced the Bosch 100A unit.
