vp cruise issues still please help

The first thing is yes I have checked the pedal switches.I have power to the switchblock ie green light but no orange light on dash. Pulled dash out and put an ohm meter between all wires on switchblock and module and checked cruise connection to module 0 resistence between car and module the only thing I can think of is the wire that goes from behind dash to module does it go from speedo or speedo sensor. I have tried 2 modules and niether work so not even I could be that unlucky that both are f----d please help and is there anyway of testing modules. there is voltage at module.

have you checked the brake light bulbs and trailer light plug for shorts

I made my own wiring harness so it doesnt go near anyting else with its own fuse
