Taking out the plastics in the car...

As we speak im trying to work out how to take out the plastic bits at the bottom - side of the car, basically I need to take them out to get access to the wires underneath them that are running to the rear of the car but I'm having trouble.. getting them off any help please VT commodore

Are these the scuff plates inside the car, down the bottom when the door is open?

Just lever off the centre strip to reveal torx screws.
