Hi All,

I'm in the process of wiring up my VH (originally 202) to suit a VR 304 and T700.

What tips and tricks can you guys offer me?

Should I just take the car to an Auto electrician or is there a Painless wiring kit available for this conversion

Thanks

Just get any injected 304 wiring loom out of a VN or VS or something and use that.

As the others have said, start with a VR engine loom etc which will have most of the work done for you. Buy a Holden VR workshop manual from ebay and also the same one for your VH. If you get the proper Holden one it is far more comprehensive than the Haynes type. They will give you what you need to splice the two harnesses together. You might want to consider a VN or VP donor as the Auto is hydraulic and not controlled by the ecu which simplifies things a little.
