VR sedan cruse not working

hey all

ive had my VR for a few weeks now and ive noticed the cruse on the stalk (not on dash) isnt working, no buttons do anything at all and ive checked fuses, their all fine (altho it does seem very melty down there, the last owner is a retard!) but yeah

any help would be great, even a wring diagram so i can redo anything thats busted

It's most likely the wires in the stalk have broken over time.
