commodore 1994 vr steering problems

hello out there . this is my first post, i have a problem with my car horn, it only works when my steering wheel is turned to the right. robin:lock:

Sounds like there is wear or a loose wire. I think there is a rotating disk with contacts fingers and copper tracks in the wheel. You may have to remove the wheel and see what you find, clean the tracks and fingers or possibly get a new contact unit or what ever it is.
