what is the voltage while the engine is running?
have you got a battery light on the dash when you turn the ignition on?
have you checked all the fuses?

all fuses in engine bay, and under dash?

you need to check for power, and light down at the alternator, and also that youve got battery voltage at the back of the alternator.

Check for powers at the alternator, make sure you have power on the main battery terminal, then pull out the plug on the back of the alternator. Then turn your ignition on and with a testlight test for power in the plug, one pin should light up and the other one should light up dull which should bring up the battery light on your dash. Once you have done that come back and tell us if ya had any problems.
