Vr converted from auto to manual

Hi,

I just bought a Manual vr. The engine light has been on since i got it, All of the fault codes that come up are supposed to be for automatic only. Is there any way i can bridge the auto box plug (so the computer thinks everything is fine) or is it better to just put in a manual loom. Thanks

all the codes can be turned off in the tune but the ecu never sees speed and can stall sometimes when slowing down.best and cheapest way is fit a vp engine loom and ecu
