Volt meter on a PCM

Hi all, can anyone tell me if it's safe to back probe the connectors to the PCM with a volt meter? thanks

By volt meter do you mean a multimeter?

If so then it shouldnt be a problem.

No you shouldnt, just be very careful when using the probes. Dont touch anything except the wire / connector, you can easily bridge two connections with a probe if your not careful.
