Alternator voltage regulators

Anyone know if these voltage regulators are all the same? I think my VN V6 one is dead, so I was hoping I could try my VR V8 one in it to test that theory. Any idea if V6 and V8 regulators are the same?

90% sure they are both re60 style regs.

if they both got the same plug, your in business...

I can confirm that both are regulators are RE60.

It should be a simple swap.
