random plug under center console

i have a vu base model ute without power windows and yesterday when i took apart the lower part of the center console around the gear stick there was a plug sitting there underneath where the power window switch would normally sit in a s pack or ss ute was wondering is this for if u decide to get power windows or somethin else anyone know about this?

The wiring is there for power windows. The wiring will be there to your door pillars also.
