hey guys
do you no where the earth is located for the ignition and courtesy foot-well lights?
im asking because i telsted them on a multimeter and they have voltage but no earth
because when i put the globe in and run a test from the negative port to a screw in the door and presto the globe turns on

i wouldnt mind splicing the wires to a new earth but would prefer to not

So......found out today that whoever installed the power windows ****ed in the head......there was a dummy 20amp fuse in the power windows fuse input with no prongs in it.......i found the it has been wired to the back of my interior light fuse witch can only normally hold 10amp no wonder the basted :Z

Ummmm just run a wire from a courtesy light down to the switch in the door also should b a extrra wire on the mirror switch if u earth it it will illuminate
