WK Caprice Power Mirror Trouble

My brother has got a WK Caprice and neither side mirror is working. Have tried a new switch and circuit board in the door but still doesn't help. There is definately power coming to the circuit board (12v) and to the switch (3v CANBUS system???) Any help appreciated.

Does the intended (circuit board) to be in the driver's door? Which i think it comes in models that contain the memory save postures?!
Do you mean that in the picture below?

Any vehicle VY VZ WL WK with memory positions, can have the same problem.

My previous car (Vz Calais) the same problem, the same figure, the left mirror is not working at all, and the right mirror when connecting the cable is they continue to spin the length of time up, for this reason, cable is disconnected.
