Ignition problems

Hey,
Im having probs with my vr 5.0 litre motor, brand new coil , have spark in the coil to dizzy lead but have no spark to the leads . Is the problem in the distributor or with the ignition module. Any information would be great.

i'd take a pretty sure guess on your ignition module, specially if its been fine and you haven't recently changed anything. quickest way to check is if you know some1 with a v8 undo it off there guard plug it it and rest it on a bolt so its earthed and see if your car starts. they are notorious for dying particularly with extractors due to the extra heat. Every v8 i work on i move the ignition modules inside the cabin. to reduce the chance of this happening in the future.
