VX Series 1 wiper switch

Is it possible to...

A. Install a VX Series 1 Calais intermittant wiper switch into a VX Series 1 Equipe, ie, will it physically fit & connect?

B. If so will it operate the wiper dwell as fully adjustable?

no and no. I'm pretty sure wiper dwell time is calculated by the BCM as commanded by the switch.
