vs ecotec in vr

hi need some help with a vr commodore ute. i have put an ecotec out of a 97 vs in a vr commodore ute that had an Buick motor in it all the loom from the vs i have changed along with the bcm and the computer, key head as well in the loom from the vr there is 2 plugs one is the same the other is not. the vr has 5 wires and the loom from the motor has 6 wires i have worked out some of the wires but one wire is missing from the vr loom i can get it to wind over and have spark, fuel but no pulse to the injectors what do i have to do.and do you know how to fix it or if there a loom i can get or do i have to get a computer that has had the security code taken off
can anyone help me out or know what to do or where to go for some help
