253 conversion vl 6 cly wiring problem please help

Hi all i would realy appreciate if i could get some help with a wiring problem i have recently converted my vl 6 cylinder to a hz 253 red pollution motor and i am stuck on the wiring side of things i dont need all the temps on the dash to work i just want my car to start and my accessories to work ,lights,stereo,fuel gauge etc how do i go about it if this makes sence thanks heaps.....

1. ignition power to the coil

253 into a VL well done for being a little different.The ignition wire should be thick pink by memory one of the guys above may be able to clarify.

plain and simple. You get caught with that and you'll be defected and if you're really unlucky a $10,000 fine from the EPA.
