headlight help!

hi guys i have a problem with my vn statesmans headlights
at first my lights would turn themselves on at any random time (even without the keys in the ignition)
i had my mechanic look at it and he didnt have a clue to what the problem is. now when i turn my headlights on they only work at about 10% power which sucks because i cant drive at night and my high beams dont work whatsoever. im not too crash hot at auto electrics so i dont know where to start.

does anyone have the wiring diagram out of a gregory's manual for the headlight system of a VN Stato? if they could post it here, i should be able to help out?

heres the wiring diagram out of the factory vn book...at a guess id say something is earthing/ breaking the neg path on the relays
