engine light on vs

ok guys i am new to this site but,
this is what i did,
i converted my vs to a 5 speed (t5) i got the speedo workin and reverse lights workin but now cuase the plug for tha auto is not pluged into any thing the engine light is on and stays on

what do i need to do to make it go out with out just pullin the bulb out lol and ideas are welcome i am just sic of lookin at it and yeah

i believe you need to put a manual ecu in? or i'm sure there is someone on here that can reprogram your memcal to suit the manual.

yep, you can do it properly with a T5 ecu, or can get the memcal reprogrammed with a manual tune.

It shouldn't be to hard to source a T5 ecu from the wreckers or a parts specialist, one day that light might save your car.
