What is the difference between a 149 high bcm and a 150 low bcm, the 149 comes out of an auto s1 vs calais and we wanna put the 150 in to the same calais which now has a t5 in it...?

got no idea, im just trouble shooting, it come out of the vs that the t5 came out of, but it had completely different plugs on it so yeah...

the BCM has nothing to do with the transmission/gearbox. It stands for "Body Control Module" ... meaning it controls all features of the BODY.

its the ECU (Engine Control Unit??) that you have to change to suit the gearbox. (Or get a memcal reprogramming) but its easier to put in a manual ECU.

Just to satisfy your curiousity about the different level BCM's. Do a Search on "BCM" here in the forum...

Note: the BCM is coded to match the car keys... change the BCM, you need to pay to get your keys reprogrammed...
