Electric winow stuck down n switch is buggered. Help!!!!

My switch in the back right door is stuffed and the switch in the front wont make the window go up either, all the other windows are working well. originally the window was workin but only at times n since i have inspected the switch it went down an inch and wont go up at all. is there anyway i can bypass somethin to make the window go up? this is on a vt 97 berlina

just swap the back 2 window switches so you can get the window back up, then you will have to get a new switch or pull the faulty one apart and clean the switch contacts

yeah ive thought bout doen that, is there an easy way to take the switch out with out takin off the door trim?

i cant remember if they just pop out or if you have to pull the door trims off maybe someone else will know
