Vy dash computer/odo disappeared??

drove to work this morning and it was fine....

started it up to come home and the screen at the bottom of dash isnt working (not sure what the correct term is??

the lights still work in the dash and the blue high beam light still works, as does the red warning lights, just none of the info in the little scree.

The car was servced yesterday as well?? could they have knocked something loose?

all this just as I am about to advertise it to sell it (my son also put a nice sratch 30cm long in the paint on the back door last night as well.... stoked.....)

I'd take it back to them ASAP to get them to check it out. Not sure if you can knock anything to make it go blank.

havnt had a chance to drop it back for them to check.

after driving it at night, the green light still works in the display window, just not any of the black written info.
Also, if you press the mode/set button, it still beeps as if the different options should be changing, but the screen remains blank.

Does this mean that I need a whole new dash setup or twat??

any comments appreciated before I go and try to find a replacement dash and then have to pay to get the correct kms put onto it....

sort of makes it pretty tough to sell the car... "oh yeah mate, its only done like 100,000km.... The odo doesnt work, but i promise you, it hasnt done any more than that"..... ha
