I've just recently fitted a vs 5L into a boat using a converision wiring kit. The motor starts and runs sweet but wont rev properly, thinking limp mode?? The motor came out of a auto car, would the speed sensor not being hooked up cause this fault? Is there anyway the speed sensor can be bypassed??
