Hi there,

I have a holden Rodeo 1992 that i have put a VR v6 3800 s/2 auto engine into. I have finally come to the realisation that the auto has to go and be replaced with a t5 manual. (Nos kills the too meany auto).

I have done the t5 Manual Conversion to the car but now I up to wiring. My problem is i have been told that i have to change the complete wiring harness and ecu, is this true. I have also been told that i have to change the speed sensor aswell,

I do not what to change the ecu as it has a chip talk chip in my ecu.
What do I have to do?

Thanks for any help

Yeah you'll need to change the speed sensor but you can get patch looms off the net to make the manual work with the auto loom.
