VR wiring harness grommet

Hey guys,

I have a series 1 vr v6 Calais and was just wondering if anyone knows how to remove the rubber grommet that holds the wiring harness through the fire wall? is it just a pull out job like the other rubbers in the fire wall or something more obscure?

any help would really be appreciated

I grabbed it from inside the car it felt like it had a clip mechanism squeezed it popped it out. Easy.

yeah 3 plastic bits on the inside of the car attached to the grommet sques them in even one at a time and push the gromet out

Remove the plastic clip around it with a knife, should pop out. Then squeeze n pull. Make sure you free it up on the interior first lol.
