Hi, im installing a car alarm into my 92 vp commodore and there is just one think i am stuck on. There are two wires for the central locking and blue wire and a green wire.
When you lock the doors the blue wire is (+) and the green wire is (-).
When you unlock the doors the blue wire is (-) and the green wire is (+).
I don't know where to connect these wires.
I have a guide for installation into a vp and it says the blue wire goes to the brown/orange wire and the green wire goes to the brown/red wire both found in the drivers side door loom. So what i did was cut the brown/red and the brown/orange and i connected the blue and green alarm wires (view attatchment). Anyway this blew a resistor. I replaced the resistor and no i need to know where the wires acctually go.
Thanks,
Aaron
