Footwell lights

After noticing my brothers VX having lights in the footwell.. had a look under and lights are popping out a hole... looked in my foot wells.. and mine has the same.. apart from the wires and the light.. I pulled apart a headlight so I have the plug for a wedge bulb..
Just need to hook it up..
I have a Series 2 VR Exec. Would there be wires already in the loom to support these footwell lights? If not.. how would I go on hooking these up?

I want the light in the glovebox to work, Did the VR's ever have these? I have the light cover and bulb there.. but no wires attached..
