VS headlight problem!!

Hi all,

I recently bought a VS commodore when I turned the lights on the normal low beam the lights seemed very dull liked parkers. I put new globes in but still the lights are very dull. I drive around with high beams on and that's still not very bright.

Any suggestions what this problem could be? I've checked the relays and they seem to be fine. I haven't checked the volts at the lights yet as I don't have a voltmeter handy ATM.

had this problem in my vt it was the fuse to the head light was blowen. but you have to look at the fuse to tell
