vs blues,,,,,,,,, automatic with no gears unless selected with shifter

HI there, im trying to help someone out with a vs v6, there automatic wont shift gear unless manually selected! they said they have changed ecus and all fuses are fine, has anyone come across this problem of have a auto wiring diagram?? Cheers
