headlight's coming on with break pedal use

this is on my 97 vs ss. have pulled a couple of relay's recently but only 3 and they all exactly the same even though i'm very sure they went back in the same spot. surely it can't be a relay if the only one's i have touched are exactly the same type???

yeh i just went back over a year into these thread's and seem's to be the case with same problem..... better be..... my eye's are aching hahahaha
