Radio problem

I recently brought a vn with a vr statesman interior the previous owner told me that it is a complete statesman loom for the interior the problem that I have is that when I put the hazard lights on the radio turns on with the ignition turned off and I can't work out what is causing this problem any ideas on the problem would be great.

the hazzard lights button is a switch for the radio lol
