Help with wiring colour changing led's

Hey... My friend got some colour changing led's for his car...

There are 4 wires connected to them and we can't figure our how to wire it into the car...
The colours are blue red green and white...

Can anyone help with this... I have searched all over google and can't find anything to help!!
