Default Fog Lights wires (with pics)

hey guys with my foggies, they aren't wired up and they aren't genuine lights i Dont think because they Dont have the little plugs on them. and they wont plug straight into the car.

my question is can i cut off the little plug the red thing from the car and light and just solder the wires up and it shall work fine?? because the red things fit up.

You could do that or get some more of those red connectors and plug them in. Looks to me like only one needs replacing ( the longer red one in your hand) and the other one should plug straight in. With those lights it doesn't matter which is positive and which is negative.

I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

Someones put there own lights in before, genuine foglight connections should have the connections your holding in first image, holdens would never use those red connectors.
so if you know what wires power the foglights go for gold mate..

yes you can cut & solder them, as long as you can verify that they are wires for the foglight circut.

if you cant verify that those are for the foggies, bad things will happen
