Default where do i get automotive wire from?

and no, i am not talking about ebay, jaycar, narva, bursons or repco junk.

im talking about the stuff they actually use in commodores from factory. really nice heavy copper core with a small amount of insulation and various colours and traces.

who makes it and how do i get my hands on it in bulk?

    cost isnt really an issue.

    thanks

start buying looms and strip em lol...

that is a really good question, I have seen the stuff advertised in the UK, well very similar on an autosparky supply shop. But saying that there has to be somewhere in AUS that supplies the stuff, are the looms even made in AUS these days??

Ari, try a marine supplier. I think you'll find what your looking for there. It needs to be a place that specializes in the big boats thought, not Tinnies and run a bouts.
