Have you disconnected the new stereo to see if the central locking works again?
you could of fried the body control module if you didnt disconnect the battery while installing the stereo.
If in doubt......FLOOR IT!!!
When you say it isnt working ...what isnt working....just the keyhead not working it or it doesnt unlock/lock even at the door buttons? Fuse 7 is the power feed to the bcm for it..just change it and see if anything happens.
Cant see how the radio install would affect the central locking.
This is my vr that I rebuilt ....CLICK HERE to see my vr on Cardomain

before i wired the setero the old man touched wires by accident and it sparked and then i wired it and it hasnt worked after that i pressed the button and the interior light just turns on and off the locks down go up and down anymore

Sounds like you have either fried the BCM or the central locking fuse. If the light goes on and off and the button disables the immobilisor then it could just be a fuse. Have you checked the fuses under the dash as well as the ones under the bonnet? I don't know if the central locking has a relay or not, if it does it may have fried that.
