Hey im looking at remote start kits. anyone ever bought one of these eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d or something similar?

I used to have a Viper alarm in my old skyline that had the remote start, Personally waste of time unless you live some where that gets really cold an you want to warm the motor before driving, only other situation i can see working is to have the ac running before you get in, but even then i think its still pointless i never really used it, More umm wank factor i think is the best way to describe it

just bought a v8, ive been told the 5000i doesnt like being driven cold. with the remote start it can warm up while i get ready 4 work.
