253gauge wiring

Hello ,
i have a 253 and i need new gauges ... i was wondering if you change the speedo from it's mechanical one to a electrical one would that be ok to do or it is not possible??

yeah , its pretty easy to do. You just need an adaptor. They are use alot when doing conversions.

any idea on what the adpater is called?? or where i can find one

a place like v6conversions have them. i think they call them a speedo drive adaptor. usually they have the original drive out put and a electrical output so that the ecu has an input from the gearbox.
