Electric window problems.

I have a 92 vp wagon, and the drivers side window is eletric and does not move when i push the button up or down, it makes a noise in the door. But im not sure what it is. Does anyone know what is happening?? And does anyone know how to fix it and what is needed to fix it?? Any help would be much appreciated. please and thank you.

Might be a stripped gear or something.. Need more information+pics to properly diagnose it.

I can hear the motor turning as though it was pushing the window up and down, but the window doesnt move.
